What do you recommend for oily skin? Vitamin c or niacinamide?

Ok so I've been diagnosed with sinus tachycardia, goiter, my nails have been bending downward and now I have a red ring around my neck permanently over my thyroid. I'm exhausted 24/7. Thyroid tested annually and function is always normal 🤦‍♀️ Even my heart specialist suspects thyroid causing my tachycardia. I give up at this point.

Currently using the Aveeno Skin Relief lotion on me face. Works wonders and I no longer have to buy a tiny jar every few weeks.

I've been using a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid that is burning my rosacea. Any suggestions?

Problem is the “plant based” ones are inferior. Plus they usually have more additives.

99% of people who pluck their hair from their mole will have 0 issues. It’s great sharing these ‘warnings’ but you should probably say how unlikely it is. Most of us have plucked hairs from moles weekly for decades and have had zero issues. I’ve had to pluck hair on my chin that get ingrown for decades but no issues other than the ingrown hair. And no, pulling the ingrown hair out but not plucking doesn’t stop the issue, it always curls back in. So plucking constantly is necessary and has never caused any problems or scarring. Just wipe and clean the area, sterilise the tweezers before and after use and wipe down after.

14:30 I dont agree with the "dry skin = sensitive skin" afirmation like is unique for that type of skin. Because i have oily skin and i can tell you is also sensitive (i have seb dermatitis and inflamatory acne some months). "Sensitive" is complementary for any type of skin (dry, balanced, combo, oily) regardless of how much you skin lubricates itself. A lot of people that has oily skin has inflamatory acne and i dont think in that case a foaming or harsher cleanser is ok, we also have to use gentle cleansers. I think people should pick the gentle one if they have some form of irritation/sensitivy on the skin (acné, redness, flaky, etc), regardless of oily/dry type of skin but, if they also happen to have oily or combo type of skin, doing a double gentle cleansing is a must, even if they dont do have to remove make up, and using first micellar/oil and then the gentle cleanser is a nice hack to follow (again even if they have no make up on) instead of doing the double cleansing with the same gentle cleanser in both steps because micelars and oil cleansers are also gentle but on top of that they are better at breaking and getting rid of those extra oils (the natural sebum) of the face.

I’m 17 and I have used Differin gel and now I use tretinoin 0.025 not for “anti aging purposes” but for my breakouts and texture there’s nothing wrong with that as long as you use a sunscreen and not use very high percentages.

Do you like the Bioderma Atoderm moisturizer if skin is continuously dry and itchy?

I have always had smooth, perfect skin that was firm around my eyes until around the age of 45 to 50, when my undereyes started sinking in underneath! I may get some type of filler injections, but I am seeing some frightening reports of some women going blind from these types of injections around the eyes! I may look into something else!? We barely age at all in my family, as my Dad and his parents looked like around 40 when they died at closer to 95, and I am happy about it (my grandmother really looked around 40 or so in the casket with NO wrinkles at all, I swear it). I can still use some injections under my eyes and nasolabial folds now! I have heard it described that about 10% of the population are classified as "Super-Agers!"

I’d love to share my beautiful testimony I’ve had with the lord with everyone to show how amazing God is My mom and i had gotten in a fight and she said a lot of hurtful things and I didn't answer back I just went to my room started praying and crying. I asked god why everyone hated me, why the world hated me and fell asleep praying. The next morning | went into a coffee shop in the early morning to wait for my shift at work and a homeless guy came in and was being eccentric, nothing harmless.
